Responsibilities:
- Cleaning equipment, work areas, floors, & trashes, washing and putting away dishes.
- Prep work: learning to make stews, soups, sauces, appetizers.
- Smoke meats.
- Cut vegetables and salads.
- Fry cook: fish, wings, tenders, fries, etc.
- Pizzas & salads.
- Saute', vegetables, pastas, fajitas.
- Grill: the best burgers on Planet Earth, steaks, fish, shrimp, etc.
